A hot, early harvest after a hot, dry summer. 2016 Shiraz grapes were high intensity and with high Baumés. Three vats from the final week of harvest, sitting well above 15 Bé went on to become Old Beddy, after being aged in second-year French Oak barriques for 12 months.
