Full veraison!! Well in some parts of the vineyard, and the rest is moving along nicely. Tested a couple of representative bunches from a couple of different clones and irrigation blocks today. (14 Feb 2022)

One tested at 16.2 Brix (9.0 Baume) and the other at 18 Brix (10 Be).
We’ll test again in a weeks time, but all things being equal we are on track for a start to our Rent-A-Row experience on the March long weekend (Mar 12-14) with general
Refractometer and crushed grapes
picking and deliveries to Melbourne and starting after that. Of course it’s all subject to the weather, but watch this space.
