Welcome to the Shiraz Republic’s Growing Notes. Here we keep you up to date with news direct from The President, Brian and President-elect, Spencer. This includes updates on harvest throughout the year, especially as we approach vintage, Rent-A-Row activities, events and more.

During harvest, we hosted vintage car club Boys Toys. It proved a great day out, with lunch, wine and beer enjoyed amongst our vineyard and the rustic backdrop of our Sunshine Harvesters & Bill’s Shed.read more

The Beginning Our Rent-A-Row experience started in 2013 with only a handful of Citizens learning how to make wine. It grew to 17 groups in 2016; then came articles in The Age, Weekly Times and Broadsheet in May 2016. Our Citizens grew to over 90 groups for the 2017...read more
In a difficult season, we have to ask ourselves why we make wine. For us and hopefully you as well, it is to work with the fruit, not against it and as such you will make a beautiful wine that tells the story of the season.
