Hi Brian, Just letting you know I crushed my Shiraz this morning. Thanks to you and all the team for picking the grapes yesterday in difficult weather conditions. The grapes were in optimum condition - the Baume was 14, pH 3.7 and I had to add very little Tartaric acid. I look forward to an even better vintage than 2008! GM.
