Wine Making Tips and Advice

By TheCrownPrince - Posted on 06 January 2010

Comrades,

Here in the Shiraz Republic, our aim is to spread democracy (a democracy of wine) to all those around us! In the spirit of this, we would like you to use this forum to share advice with your fellow wine makers based on your knowledge and experience.

Your advice may be the key in assisting home wine makers in creating good wine - an essential step in overcoming the wines of mass production!

If you can supply information regarding: yeasts, enzymes, fermentation temperatures and wine style. With this information, all members of the Shiraz Republic should be successful in making excellent wine.

Wine makers in need of assistance should post their questions on the forum for a fellow citizen to answer.

Love thy neighbour, love thy wine.

The Crown Prince

P.S. Did you know?
